Get Involved

The majority of Chardon Tomorrow’s projects are achieved through the work of four committees led by a board member and comprised of volunteers.

Volunteering for a Chardon Tomorrow committee is a great way to get involved in the community, meet new people, and work together to effect positive change and development in Chardon.

If you like to plan events, host parties, organize group activities, support historic preservation, and have an interest in improving the quality of life in our community, consider joining one of the following:

Design

The Design Committee works to create a welcoming community and commercial district through improving public spaces, increasing presence of art and urban greenery, preserving historic buildings, and fostering the appreciation of historic preservation.

Marketing

The Promotions Committee works to promote Chardon’s dynamic nature  to residents, visitors, and the community at large. The committee also creates promotional materials and plans events such as WinterFest, BrewFest and the 5K Race for Suds.

Business Enhancement

This committee partners with businesses to increase commercial district success; provides technical support to existing businesses; and develops business retention, expansion, and recruitment strategies.

Organization

The Organization Committee helps build a united program, bringing together stakeholders from across the Square and the city, and leads volunteer board recruitment. This group also raises the funds to make our projects and events possible.

If you are interested in serving on a committee,  email info@chardontomorrow.org or call 440-273-3077.
